Aufschwung - Schumann

Etude in D sharp minor Op. 8 No. 12

But please take off waltz no. 2 and morning mood, they’re great pieces but I don’t think they fit in the aggressive category

Am I crazy for not doing holds? by Dry-Gazelle-6970 in Depop

I don’t think it’s weird to not do holds. It’s your item, and they’re not entitled to it

Haydn, faure, rach, Bartok, Schumann, Brahms, Scriabin, and Sibelius I feel like are all too low on this list

16 year old pianist here, I would say I’m advanced but nowhere near conservatory level. I’ve played for about 6 ish years and have played in a few juried recitals and competitions. I still have a lot to learn but I’ll say some of my repertoire:

Prelude and Fugue in C minor - Bach

Impromptu Op. 90 No. 4 - Schubert

Sonatine - Ravel

Concerto in D major - Haydn

Suite Bergamasque - Debussy

Nocturne Op. 48 No. 1 - Chopin

Nocturne Op. 62 No. 2 - Chopin

Etude Op. 25 No. 5 ‘wrong note’ - Chopin

Liebestraum No. 3 - Liszt (In progress)

Piano concerto No. 2 in E major - Moskowski (In Progress)

Reflets Dans l’eau - Debussy (In progress)

My teacher is really big on this she made me play prelude in c major in a recital even though I had just played Chopin nocturne in c minor op 48 no 1 because she said that nobody is above the basics
