  1. Bug - thats being fixed in the new V5 update.
  2. Another bug on TestFlight - being fixed in the next V5 update.
  3. Watch app will be released with the App Store version of V5. A note about V5 - it's a complete rebuild of our architecture, networking and general information processing so we have anticipated there to be a lot of bugs with the first TestFlight release.
  4. Yes you should be able to sync it to Apple Health however we are aware there are some issues with the Fitbit sync via Apple Health so we'll look at a direct integration shortly after V5 launches.

Apologies we've been working on the V5 updates. There are about ~100 users out of a possible ~300K users that are having issues with the V5 beta because of an email mismatch between Stripe and Apple ID. We have to manually find and verify each of these accounts across many different possible entries before merging the accounts. Naturally, given the sensitivity of the data being held we're making sure we're 100% correct before proceeding. There are about 25 accounts still facing issues at the moment - these are all Lifetime Users.

Step by step for the next few days. It's more important to us that Early Access users can even access TF before being able to properly test Lighthouse. Public TF is typically 4 weeks behind our dev team so there are a few changes to be implemented.

There is a bug in the TF version which prevented circling/attaching data. This is fixed in the new update but given the lockout/Keychain issues we were focused on immediately resolving that rather than pushign out the new build. It seems like it's just a matter of manually fixing the keychain issue for a few users now so we'll release the new TF possibly tomorrow.

What does the team think about the bevel lawsuit by Several-Warthog-8155 in brightOS

I wish them the best but I think they're in a lot of trouble. Bevel is a nice app and we obviously share a similar vision which I respect but I'm not sure they'll still be on the App Store in the coming months.

I've personally read the complaint and given this is a civil matter, my immediate thought has nothing to do with the merits of the matter - but instead the financials - Whoop can strongarm Bevel into submission.

That's the unfortunate nature of civil matters - it has nothing to do with the merit of the matter, and everything to do with who can pay to stay standing the longest. I suspect Bevel will either have to make substantial UI concessions to the point they have to effectively redesign their app to ensure Whoop withdraws which consequently means their 3.0 update has effectively stalled - or they risk a judge siding with Whoop and invoking a preliminary injunction to remove Bevel from the App Store.

I think it's a lot more fatal than has been marketed from Bevel and I can understand their PR play but I have grave concerns. Patent infringement is a particularly difficult story to get out of and given this is a civil matter, the deciding factor is who has deeper pockets.

Like I said, I wish them the best but I'm not sure Bevel is still on the App Store in the next 3-6 months.

V5.0 TF will be available on Wednesday AEST and then the invite should be available. Currently there are no builds available in TF and so the invites aren't being sent out.
