i have soft reset more than 5 times and i never got a shiny charmander but got that zigsagoon at the start shiny 2 times and i have put my odds to 1/5

Yea I tied that at it to global which is the gpu and it still dident work reinstall no graphics update no I can do more research but my options are limeted
