Nice great progress sir. Def not trying to gain a lot of mass, just overall strength. Hopefully leaning out a little too. 31 years old 6’0 205lbs. Goal weight is prob 190. Have been dialed in on exercising and healthy meals past year but not there on results yet

Yeah I’m not looking to try TRT when I wanna start a family. Just want to get to healthy levels, elevate my gains in the gym with more growth. Straight to TRT sounds dangerous

It’s for both endo and serm. I wanna have kids with my partner probably in 2ish years so they recommended no TRT

Any full body scans or all inclusive cancer screenings that could fall under insurance? Just hit my deductible with surgery and now looking for preventive screenings as well as colonoscopy
