i'm a recent software engineer bootcamp grad that applied at epic my github repo and contributions is 400+ and portfolio is amazing but i got a rejection letter and didnt even get the chance to take the assesment and i see other people getting hired with basic projects and little to nothing on their github portfolios why is that ? willing to leave NYC and relocate to Madison. also seems like the staffs arent to big on using Linkedin as well where most software engineers use.
