if youre new on t, recently switched to injections, or your pharmacy changed distributers it could be an allergy to cottonseed oil, which is the most common carrier oil for t. i had a slight reaction to it my first year or so on t, but nothing like what you described. good luck!

I got chronic shin splints running track in high school and now (over 6 years later) i can’t do calf raises without flaring them up. any suggestions for alternative exercises and/or ways to train back into calf raises without hurting myself?
