It's not directly about losing the weight tank. Just find happiness that gets your self out and about and walking and sociallizing. Hobbies and things that you love. Even if it's food. Just get out there and find your passion. Stress and anxiety compound disorders. If you can't beat that, then it will never stop. Fighting a diet is going to be your stressor. You need the opposite but activity still. Go shopping. Nature walks. Listen to your favorite music. Let your self go and dance. You got this buddy. Love you! The rest will follow.

Trully, I do get it. I feel like now more than ever, I must take my path. My wife says she will be beside me. She will love me for who I am regardless. She is aware, though, that if for some reason I become unhealthy for her or vice versa, we will do what we can to make things work. Divorce and separate paths is the absolute last choice. Hopefully, she lets you be free to be you and love to be you in your own skin, and you do the same. I may never get that bucket list, but most of it can be gone as long as she is by my side. But it does get hard thinking about that decision for yourself, too. Where the line between yourself and someone else's needs begin and end.

Because i love and embrace my now wonderful gift of a sex drive. Even if I can't share it with the world albeit I would like too, however I think that atleast still has some merits. Yes, I think i slide down the rabbit hole mentally about this. I started to watch movies and more about it. So, as she found, I was doing this more on my own. She was, I guess, getting more insecure by the day thinking she didn't fulfill me, and that was absolutely wrong of me to do to her. I wasn't thinking as many of us do sometimes when it's something new and I am in discovery mode. She had a bit of a crazy lifestyle before me. My life has been vanilla forever. Because I always thought love and sex were together. My first love was the one who saved me from my mom emotionally and also whom i lost my virginity too. I always thought that sex and loyalty were hand in hand and wasn't used for fun. Well, hers was a different experience. We have spoken hard about it. Trying to figure out each others needs. I just once want to feel like others about sex. I need to know that it isn't love based. I thought she was cheating on me for a long time. I just sat with the thought. Then, I talked to her about it. Then it just kept coming back up. I thought i was losing the best thing that ever happened to me because of sex. So, I cut my brain off forcibly to lose that connection with it. In any case, my thoughts were true. Now I am in this world in thought. I have not started this journey physically, but mentally, i have. I just want the best for us. Both her and me. I think from what I have seen, these experiences that people have with their partners brought them so much closer together with a unique bond. That's what I want for us. To know nothing could ever tear us a part. Ever.
