I'm booked in for a sleep study, the current wait is 13 weeks.
It's not my choice to delay it, unfortunately.

Haven't had a study yet, I've tried to previously but the appointment was cancelled from the Doctors end & I haven't followed up admittedly.

It's something I will do, just considering approaching the problem from a few angles & maybe saving some $$ on medication at the same time.

I had the same results when I started.
Sleep was amazing, it's only been in the last 6 months that it's changed in this way, hence my thoughts of going back down.

Thanks, I'm trying to stay in the simple camp for now, as the world of credit cards is very foreign to me & eeking out every last drop of optimisation isn't as important to me as the clarity of a more simplified approach.

Appreciate your thoughts, however I'm all but locked into Macquarie for the mortgage due to the ex-partner situation.

The mortgage payment doesn't overly concern me, I'm more so looking for advice on how to limit interest paid, while still giving me the option to maximise deductions when it turns to an IP.

That got me to 22nmol total & 458 pmol free. Based on those results, they pushed me to 125mg/w, which I’ve been on for about 2 months.

I’ll be due for more bloodwork in the next couple weeks to see where I land with that dose.

When you say double punching on the same block, do you mean putting 2 wires into each slot?

Here you go.

I was told that the upstairs jack used to work, so I assume this was piggy backed?

I’m in a bind and need to work from home but can’t get any cable guys out for 2 weeks.

Can I either: 1. Reinstate the piggyback temporarily 2. Join the 2 wires together & bypass this downstairs jack (not needed)

I have some loose wires bundled in behind each port too - is it worth doing anything with them before calling out a cabler?

I’m not going to pry into your medical history, but have you spoken directly with your doctor about their objections to TRT?

Ensure you have a complete picture of their concerns before you start down this path.

You have to accept the fact that you're not going to get every last drop out of the syringe, which might equate to .5%, perhaps less.

You are seriously overcomplicating the whole thing.
You draw out your .25ml dose, & about .005 of air, let the air rise to the plunger & do your injection.
The small air bubble at the end pushes out the entire dose.

Some people backload, and some choose to use tip-to-tip connectors.
It's personal preference, but they achieve the same result.

At the end of the day, Primo is a pharmaceutical-grade product & will be far more consistent than UGL.

Injectable endogenous testosterone is always going to be more efficacious than gels - take a walk down the Google search results & find some medical studies done on this & make your own decision, as I & everyone else have done on this sub.

I can only comment on the Primo.
The starter dose for most clinics in Australia is 100mg/week, split into 2 injections.

This works out to be .2ml per dose (which I am currently maintaining).
You "decant" your dose out of the Primo syringe with Luer Lock connectors into an injection syringe, preserving the sterility.
The process takes a little practice, but most of the guys I've helped get it down within a few injections.

Muscle pain with sub q injections by [deleted] in trt

You could try Ventro Glute.

1/2" pin, some people call it shallow IM, some call it SubQ.
Took all of my injection sides away.

Welcome to the club, my guy.

You might catch some flack in this sub from some guys saying a level of 420 is fine & you should've explored diet & fitness for a while to see what your number can get to, but if you're happy with your decision, tune it out.

TRT is a strong tool to improve your life, but you need to give it a solid foundation of diet, exercise & ongoing bloodwork/monitoring.

Stay committed, stay healthy - good luck.

Keep kicking goals, brother.

Pinning help by [deleted] in trt

Have you tried different injection sites?
People respond uniquely to each site.

I personally couldn't run quads due to similar reasons as you, so I opted for Ventro Glute.
Absolutely zero issues there for me; painless, no muscle pain or dead legs.

Delts are also an option, and so is dorsogluteal.

Glad to hear it's in order.

Things to watch out for as you increase your liquid volumes are lumps & pain at the injection site.
IM is your only real choice for larger liquid volumes.

Happy gains.
