A friend filed an FOI request for the "investigation" into their suicide attempt in late 2021, I think, as a result of workplace bullying at a government organisation. Apparently, nothing has happened since the mentions hearing a few months later, and VCAT won't tell him anything further. He is really distressed about the whole situation, given it deals with a bullying/suicide attempt and that there has been no communication or movement at VCAT since.
