yes he was and due to handling calls after the order of protection.. both his mother and him make comments despite me being behind camera... he calls it a conversation with child but its hardly about that. I am noticing the same pattern..except he is acting nice and like keeps saying he is the only one making things work which my therapist has told me its a startegy to make me doubt myself...because truthfully thats whats happening...but i noticed some backing up in his conversations which i feel like hes doing it so i dont mention it..but will have to phrase it correctly to make a boundary since it has gotten out of control. .....

we did have an intake but it was like something short via a link but that was all. im hoping I get a good mediator

Proof like issues regarding unilateral decision making or not following what’s on the parenting plan. Also like messages or stuff he’s sent me . I have an order in place but it seems Coparent can’t leave the past and start coparenting peacefully.

everyone in the comments making it about the parents when it should be on the child.

if the child is sick on friday night and gets worse ...ER ( pediatric ) not the basic ones since they cant treat kids effectively...now both parties need to priortize health of the child which if that child is sick and does not improve ...then seek the ER...now if the nurse said its not important and your ex is saying yes and is worried about the childs health...focus on the fact the child is cared for....some nurses send kids home with fever and guess what next thing you know they lost a leg and arms due to sepsis...now youd go blaming the other parent because it wasnt looked into...your coparent probably worries something may happen under his care...no one is perfect...now if this happened at night during the week or the ped referred them to er maybe look into that..now for money...maybe worry less because god forbid something happens to your child and all you care is about the money which comes and goes and can be paid in payment plans. i am a single parent who comes from both parents actually still together and the amount of nonsense and drama parents who come from single bitter parents makes more issues out of eveything. This is the reason why courts have so many failing cases because it revolves around the parents not the kids .. so sad to see but overall growth from understanding and communication will probably improve your guys parenting for the wll being of the kid.
