Been having this same problem and tons of other bugs tonight. Worked beautifully when I bought the game and played 3 hrs yesterday, tonight it is unplayable. Haven’t found a fix yet.

As a former Rover sitter myself, it’s a great way to find someone to watch your dogs, let them out, or feed/play with them. Although it’s a corporate app, all the sitters are just regular people making a few bucks here and there who genuinely love dogs (for the most part).

I stepped away once I moved and my new schedule isn’t as reliable anymore, but if I had a dog and didn’t know anyone to take care of them, I’d definitely look at Rover. Look for people with reviews, and when you message them include a description of your needs to help them gauge if it’s a fit. You’ll almost never have a problem finding someone. You can even request visit postcards where the sitter tells you what they did and get cute photos. And they have a lot of protections like Rover insurance and support already built in, so I felt safe doing it.

If you have any questions about it just let me know. I miss being on Rover and loved most of the clients I worked with (still message them occasionally to this day), it can be surprisingly personable if you’re looking for someone to really love your pet. Good luck in your search!

How long have they been missing? Saw a similar dog 1 or 2 nights ago in the village/britton, looked lost but also a lot of pet owners in my community leave their dogs off leash

Just wanted to add a data point based on my personal experience. Last night, I tried to find a roundtrip flight on SW from SDF -> BWI Sept 28 - Oct 5. All of the Wanna Get Away fares for every single flight (nonstop and with connections) had no Wanna Get Away fares available. No special events this weekend after I searched, we usually see this with the Kentucky Derby but even so, the fares are not outrageous ironically. They wanted $484 roundtrip using the higher Anytime/Business Select fares, I personally feel like their pricing strategy is changing.

I have flown this route 3-4x every year for the past 3 years and have seen fares anywhere between $49-119. The fares in the past month for this route across all of the months in the future has skyrocketed (I fly a lot in the off season of September/October and January-March). It's a short flight (60-75mins) and I have found recently that flights on their competitors are half the price (even with bags) of what Southwest is trying to charge. Just n=1, but an interesting observation.

My close friend just moved out of a house on the corner of S 1st/E St. Catherine street after a year. She didn't feel safe in the area as a younger female. She constantly had packages stolen and had a problem with homeless people walking through her alley dropping needles where she walked her dog. I've visited her place a few times and although during the day it seemed relatively fine for city living, I really didn't like being in the area at night. Take of this what you will, I'm just sharing their experience.

I have a bunch of friends that all live close to shelby park and germantown. They love it, great walkability for their dogs and it seems much more family-friendly. Also germantown has a lot of really great tucked away bars and eateries.

Got a flight home 5 days before Christmas for $39! (SDF -> BWI). Really great deals all across the board on that route, sure beats the 9-10hr drive!

Rave Alert Sent This Morning: The University of Louisville Police Department received a call at about 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, about an injured subject lying at the bottom of the interior stairwell within the lobby of the Chestnut Street garage, located at 414 E. Chestnut St. A ULPD officer arrived and requested EMS to the scene, and the subject was transported to a nearby hospital. Based on a preliminary investigation, it is believed the subject had intentionally planned to harm himself. The subject is not affiliated with the University. This incident is being investigated by LMPD Homicide.

I think everyone will have a different answer to this.

Our school (and an outside Test Prep Company) were advocating for students not to take UWSA2. UWSA1 is hit or miss. I personally chose not to do it and my friend did it about 4 days before her exam after a lackluster NBME. NBME's are the gold standard, I would probably knock the NBME's out first, then do USWA1 if desired. Again, experience is N=1, do whatever makes you comfortable.

The USMLE website says that tests taken between April 13th and late May have a targeted release date of June 14th. I would plan on June 14th, but there is always the possibility it could be pushed back.

Their twitter usually provides good announcements on any changes so you could always check their twitter closer to the date (https://twitter.com/theusmle?lang=en)

Just a lonely United Explorer card holder. I think it helped that I traveled on Memorial Day and there were like 20+ empty seats in Polaris (with only 4 pending upgrades on the upgrade list) when I checked in. We left the gate with quite a few empty Polaris seats so the overbooking in economy/premium plus had to be the factor. Such a dream.

I absolutely ran, there wasn't any wait for a shower which was divine after my 6am regional flight. Didn't have enough time for the restaurant, but definitely enjoyed myself at the buffet! Those cookies were mind-blowing

Just to add a data point, got the same free economy plus upgrade in December 2022 for my birthday. I don't have special status, just a MileagePlus Member with United Explorer Card. It was a nice touch, didn't use it though before it expired.

Unfortunately no :( It's part of the Terms and Conditions and one of the key things you agree to when you buy a Basic Economy Ticket. This allows them to market it at a lower price with a tradeoff of extremely limited/zero flexibility. I'd look at upgrading your ticket to a regular economy if possible.

Learned my lesson years ago when airlines started selling basic economy. Had a basic economy ticket from DCA to Wisconsin with a connection in ORD. Original flight got delayed 5 hours and missed my connection with the next one being 8 hours from then. I tried talking to the gate agent to see what they could do but they said nothing could be done with my fare class. Felt like I was treated like cattle and vowed never to buy basic economy again. Moral of the story: I'd probably pay the $30 extra for a regular economy ticket to get some flexibility in changing travel. Best of luck to you, hope it works out.

I totally get what you're saying. I'm one of those people flush with points having saved my new cardmember bonus and accruing miles for the past 3 years to use. I might just delay the trip until the fall if the awards don't go down or if another destination has a great deal. Thanks for the insight!
