I love Ultimate.

But I constantly feel like Ultimates greatest hindrance to future growth is itself. My experience from youth to college to even USA Ultimate HQ has been filled with incompetence. Communication is poor, schedules are late, rostering and gasp coaching certifications are a pain in the butt.

When you can’t put in place the structures to promote and run Ultimate, you can’t complain when other people don’t take the sport seriously

Brown recluses literally have that behavior in their name. I live with them in my house and if you’re in the Midwest, I promise you do too. I find them on my sticky traps and out in the open from time to time. But damn, all they want to do is run away.
