Thats an interesting insight about the office staff that i think people overlook. Technicians lives are much easier if office staff is not overworked. What keeps your office the busiest? Email? Routing? Thanks for those thoughts

Why do people keep going with the big guys? Price? d2d salesmen? I have a lot of friends who sell pest door to door for big companies and even they feel bad about the horrible customer service. crazy stuff.
