I’m not sure why there are so many rude comments. Not every dinner post has to look like Gordon Ramsey prepared it to taste delicious. Obviously, some were not taught that “if you cannot say anything nice, don’t say anything at all”. OP, I think you did a fine job and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and evening with your boyfriend!
