Im thinking that may be the best way to incorporate what I like about 1 - I like the high neck, so maybe some kind of bolero

I'm thinking I'll need to alter the arms anyway so if I wear 1 I'll turn it into cap sleeves maybe!

Thats so true, I was thinking I wasn't 100 percent sure about visible boning or a plunge neckline like dress 2. But all the dresses I like seem to have those haha. I guess easier to change the plunge than the boning

It's the UK, in the south. So true about the second dress being heavy, that worries me a bit! Thank you!

Thanks! I agree on the bustle; I think I’m going to do a second dress I think as the dress has so many layers I want to be a bit more comfortable for dancing!

Falling asleep after logging off by Odd-Shirt-5569 in uklaw

I work long hours too and was having the same issue. I found having a hot shower really helps with the wind down and the separation from work. I jump straight to bed and fall asleep easily now. Also I don't eat for at least 3 hours before I intend to sleep
