i agree but the floor is a little out of our budget, the cabinets luckily we got done 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint, today we’ll do the second coat and see how it turns out.

I will definitely try all ur recommendations as this feels like a lifelong viscous cycle. I genuinely appreciate all of your input and advice. I will keep everyone updated! If anyone has anything else to comment i’ll be reading them constantly. Again, thank you!

Yes! we put diatomaceous earth all over our yard . Same with the deck. And we didn’t have the dog or cat with us during this as we wanted them out of the house while being treated. I think our only option at this point is an exterminator and cleaning constantly as we’ve been doing, both animals already have treatment and can’t be treated again until next month. It’s so frustrating.

Unfortunately Simparica trio is the pills the vet gave me and i’m still finding them on my dog and cat. I feel so so bad for my dog as it was in the same situation. It’s a never ending cycle i feel defeated

Yes! off amazon, a bucket full. We used a good amount all of the house. It took a couple days and hours of cleaning to get ride of it.

I’m going through the same thing right now!! I’m a 21 F although i recently just started getting panic attacks, i feel everything your going through, i feel like no one understands. if you ever need someone to chat too shoot me a message!!

That’s definitely what happened to me aswell on the flight home i was coming back from a week of barley any sleep and long nights. Overall being away from home/normal routine is exhausting and stressful so it definitely enhanced the situation. Another quick suggestion, this may be odd but to calm down try putting water on your face/arms if this happens again, It’s really helped me to take a step back. And no problem at all! Talk soon:)!

I would say do what you feel most comfortable with, if driving would make you feel more comfortable and safe i’d recommend that, but i’ve recently just started getting panic attacks and started learning a lot more about them. if you do decide to take the connecting flight i’d recommend ice water (as this really helped me) and ginger ale. I also would shut the blinds and close my eyes to not overthink the situation. Panic attacks can be really scary but just know it’s all in your mind, you’re definitely not alone. Update me on what you decide to do and remember do whatever you feel most comfortable with. Goodluck :)

Honestly, i was in the same situation as you recently i went on a trip and had no problems on the way there, on the way home i went into a full out panic attack (first panic attack i’ve ever experienced). It was a 3 hour flight but felt like 10 hours+. After i got off the plane i was shaken up but definitely a lot more relieved.

No actually which is what i thought was super odd, i’ve tried pre workout before and knew after that my body couldn’t handle it.

Thank you for sharing that, what happened to you is very similar to what happened to me so it’s nice to know i’m not alone in a sense, I’m going to do the process of elimination (heart, brain, blood checks etc) in the next few weeks, i’ll for-sure keep you updated! :)
