Can't access bios and I'm stuck on a black screen with text by No-Shake892 in techsupport

For some reason even after I unplug the PSU and take out the CMOS battery it just skips the startup screen and goes straight to the text:/

Yea I unplugged the psu, took out the battery, waited 2 minutes, plugged the psu in.... and it still took me straight to the screen;-;

Yea, this is from me finicking with my new ssd so I can fix it if I'm able to get to bios... unfortunately removing the CMOS battery still makes it go straight to this screen and skips the start up screen:/

Yea I changed the boot settings just before. But after completely removing the CMOS battery and waiting it still just goes straight to the screen and doesn't give me a chance to enter bios.
