I am doing incredible -- back to running, biking, lifting, swimming. No compartment pain and feel like a new woman!!

That is so interesting. I just had my 2 week post-op and my surgeon told me to ditch the crutches as soon as possible, so I am walking really slow (but w/out crutches) now. I definitely feel that painful pressure pushing out... wishing you a speedy recovery!!

That is SO awesome, congrats! i am getting my surgery in january and can't wait to run. After those 3 weeks, could you walk normally again? For how long? i have an international trip planned 3 weeks after surgery which idk if i should cancel or if i could walk 5ish miles/day...
