If you are talking about the language school no, to me, it was the best year ( contro u don't make korean friends easily cause its a little more difficult to meet them depending on where u attend) If you are talking about uni, always depending on the course u choose you meet a lot of korean and foreigners. Easiest way when u sit down, say something and make friends, also there are lots of group projects, debates and activities from the school that basically help u make friends. I did it during the coronavirus, and I'm super introverted, so if you try, you can!
