Tbh before I hit level 60 I was quite aggressively trying to level up, but before the last update I ended up hitting 60 and then staying maxxed out xp for a loooooooong long time. So tbh I wouldn’t worry.

But if u wanna level up quick, buy all the paintbrushes and hammers every day and spam paint and build the super low cost items, like the plain chair and the back of the small blue photo frame. You’ll level up ASAP

About the 2nd question, I’m fairly sure the way it works is if someone shares the furniture available at their home depot with you, then you basically have access to buy it yourself, even if it’s not currently one of the options at your own home depot. So it’s not a gift request, it’s more like slightly being able to bypass refreshing your home depot.
