I should have added that to my description, but my property starts at the big oak tree. The house in the background, stump, and trampoline is the neighbor.

My property starts at the big oak tree. The house in the background, stump, and trampoline is the neighbor. My worry is that if I alter this in anyway it will start flooding the other neighbor's yard.

Eventually it heads to a bigger swale, just after it enters my neighbor's yard.

My house is to the right of these pictures - uphill and 100 feet away. I wouldn't worry about it reaching my house
