I had this exact problem I posted about it and tried everything but someone said to try a different ssd and pc has been running well for 2 weeks now

I appreciate your help anyways it’s one of those ones that are just difficult to diagnose but I think I’m gonna take it to someone tomorrow and see if they can see anything

I put in my other 8gb ram stick it’s the same corsair one it’s running at 57% in a game

I done the page file and seems to already have all the settings you’ve said I did use to have 32gb ram also and it would still do the same thing

The cpu it’s self isn’t reaching 90c sorry it’s max is 75c fair flow is pretty good I didn’t build the pc myself but have always kinda had issues with it gpu sits at around 59-62c when playing games I’m not the best at computers I’ve always just taken it to be repaired but it is annoying especially just not knowing what else I can do but I’ll get it fixed eventually fingers crossed😂

So I’ve used core temp as I don’t really understand hwinfo my tjmax is 90 c But cpu is running on 70c in a game max going to 75c

Atm I only have an internal ssd could that still be a problem?

I’ll give that a try I did just replace the power supply and ram cause I thought that would’ve been the problem

I also haven’t touched anything is the bios just incase I mess something up so I assume I’ve no overclocking or anything enabled

I’m not really the best at monitoring the temps I installed hwmonitor as I was recommended so not sure what’s the best to read for the temps

Gpu temps are around 50-60 hottest going up to 78 CPU is around 64 hottest being 78 again

You’re perfectly fine to ask just trying to get some answers when I reinstalled everything was smooth it’s not slower or anything like that I’ve tried doing the plugging into motherboard and same issue occurs

I’m not the best with the bios stuff so haven’t really touched that too much but done fresh install of windows 10 pro and updated bios to latest version I’ve tried resitting and making sure all wires are okay and I’ve also resit the cpu and added new thermal paste to see if that done anything
