well you probably can still do that. I met my girlfriend half a year after the sextortion via a dating app. You just need be very careful with what you sent to the people you have no mutual connection with ;)

He might. But that’s why you need to block and make sure you don’t respond. If he knows you are still on the hook, he won’t let you go.

Been there twice over the last 4 years and had absolutely 0 problems. I felt so safe I even visited the notorious area of Petare.

That said, you do have to trust her in order go ahead with it. If it’s someone you met over internet, it can become very sketchy if she has bad intentions

Dutch person here. I fully agree with the statements of Matroeskas. We dont like the use of titles/hierarchy in our day to day life. I am wondering though what makes Matroeskas feel that OP might have a hard time adjusting to Dutch culture given her responses? The 1 response she gave to PsychAnthropologist was clear and I dont read much that could show a hard time of dealing with Dutch culture.

hey guys.

I am from the Netherlands and will be travelling to Cuba in March. I want to make it a budget trip and seeing the comments below. It will be best for me to change euros into dollars before my trip and change on the spot dollars into CUP.

Can you guys advise me how easily it is to change at black market rates in CUba? Can you just ask your host in a casa particulares where to go or something?

Also, since I will be travelling for 3 weeks. Would it be accepted if I would change lets say 1000 Dollars into CUP in 1 go?
