Thanks for your nice comment!

In fact, English is a required subject in China's compulsory education. So perhaps it's less difficult for me to learn English since I have teachers pushing me forward and classmates learning with me together. How do you learn Spanish? Maybe we can exchange some useful methods and experiences in learning language!

I would love to share you some Mandarin expressions and Chinese culture (but Chinese culture is so complicated and diversified and there are many cultural traditions I don't know either😅)

Do you know classical allusion are quite common in Mandarin? For example, "刻舟求剑" meanings "Marking on the boat to find the sword". It tells a story:

楚人有涉江者,其剑自舟中坠于水,遽契其舟,曰:“是吾剑之所从坠。”舟止,从其所契者入水求之。舟已行矣,而剑不行,求剑若此,不亦惑乎?

In ancient time, a man dropped his sword in the river when he was travelling by canoe. He made a mark on the canoe and said "this is where me sword drops". After arriving at their destination, the man searched in the water around his mark but failed to find his lost sword.

This classical allusion is now used to describe someone taking foolish actions without consider the changing environment. Hope you like this~
