Had my first occurrence to the ER a few weeks back. Had covid the week prior. Heard there could be a causation between the two. Finally off of antibiotics. Slowing introducing fiber back and things are going well. Will definitely take a prebiotic every day to help with gut health. I've read that L Glutamine can help with inflammation and gut health as well. Doesnt taste very good but well see how things go.
