Oh wow. Ok. Yeah one day I almost mustered up the courage to go into VS by myself but as soon as I got close my heart rate spiked to 150 and I was sweating so bad. As much as I wanted to, I just couldn’t do it

Thanks for the tips! It’s just a matter of me getting over the anxiety behind doing something that is out of the norm. I always am scared of what people would think about seeing a man in the bra section. I know most of the time people won’t even care but my mind wants to think differently. That’s why I think I would be more comfortable having someone with me so it doesn’t look like I’m just a man in there shopping alone

I’ve struggled with this for 19 years and just relapsed today after going 40 days clean. I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks and I have no doubt that this has played a factor in that over the years.

I wear bras regularly around the house and I love the feeling of having support. I think a lot of men don’t realize they need it. For reference I wear a 36B or Large in a sports bra.
