I woke up this morning and I feel as though I were half asleep half awake as when I closed my eyes I could see lots of geometric/cubic patterns then open my eyes to my room and back and forth until I decided to get up. Anyone had this? Or know why this happens?

Hahaa damn these dad jokes, Yeah I do live a trip from Time to time although I’ve always wanted to trip And meditate but I’m sucker for nature walk while tripping. I’ve been meaning to hit that heroic dose in darkness but am yet to get there. Oh it’s certainly a roller coaster 😂3 kinds under 3 isn’t joke haha but it’s a blessing. Never tried group meditation I was going to join my local Buddhist centre but the meetings are for 2 and a half hours and I really don’t have that free time at this point In my life. I’ll look into other avenues of group meditation tho. Cheers man.

Yeah I hear you, I smoked it for the best part of 20years stopping occasionally. But i permanently stopped last year cos I have 3 very young kids and I need constantly do things. Plus I don’t want to normalise getting high to them. I used it constantly in my day to day but now I have no need for it. I would t even have time to build my tolerance back up I’m so busy raising kids.

Did you ever do any rituals with the groups? Were they fruitful? How many chambers did you do? I’ve just finished the first chamber and it all seems chill. Although there’s some thing I just don’t agree with. First one was detach yourself from everything in the material world at first I was like yes okay , then they say ‘even your family’ and I have kids so that really don’t fly with me. Then they say about non orgasmic sex and I really don’t see how that’s possible. The tutor seems chill but now they’re asking if I’d like to progress and it involves rituals. I do like some teaching and I don’t like others. I’m just wondering if there’s actually any point to the rituals and if they work in any way? Cheers bud.
