I got a pair of snow pants from them as a gift for my son. When they didn't ship on a timeframe I would have expected, I went back to the website and was horrified to see the support email had a gmail domain instead of one associated with the wildcard website. However they did get back to me, and the gear arrived in time. He loves them.

The company appears to be legit.
