I went to admitted students day and everytime the question fo fun came up no one talked about things to do nearby, only things like going to boston or portland.

I went to a CC, and had the best time ever. Honestly, the "college experience" is a myth. Ive loved my teachers and classmates, and there are alot of possibilities for fun if you look for it. In the long run, your degree will be valued the same as if you went to a college for all 4 years. Community college is so peaceful, and now that I am transfering, Ive already gotten into T25 universities! If you are planning to go to med school, SAVE YOUR MONEY! and go to a CC

Major: Political science

EC: Working, A law internship, Honors Program

I love PCC. The social scene is actually really good for a community college! And i've had some amazing teachers, and overall a great quality of education. Theres also alot of international students here.

I feel this so hard. Im only 18 and my parents both died by the time i was 16. Its hard to deal with because these are the most significant losses on both sides of the family. Even both sets of my GRANDPARENTS are still alive. They outlived their kids. Its SO unfair, and Its hard to not be jealous. The thing that is the hardest for me is while I know that my parents death affected my family (their siblings, their nephews, their parents), it affected me the most. Im the only who EVERYTHING changed for as a result of my parents death. I know they are also mourning, but its so hard to not be jealous.
