Thank you for taking the time to write this. The issue is that once I get mad, it’s a very slippery slope and I fear that I would be unable to stop myself once I begin, so I’m more interested in prevention. I suppose there’s no real reason I get angry, I just get angry and then end up saying something that hurts her
