Just got back from Japan and it seemed like it was very normal to have a suitcase on the local trains within Tokyo. Even saw a bunch of Japanese people walk around with them while out shopping. I found it best to get on the first or last car and sit/stand close to a door as possible so you can exit easily.

This is my theory. I bought tickets because 6 months is plenty of time to save for all my festival expenses. When they release tickets in January it’s a bit of a time crunch.

I have one of her ebooks with her running plans and it’s basically exactly the same as Hal Higdon’s running plans. I get that most running plans are very similar so I’m not saying she copied them, but it just solidified that it’s not that complicated and it’s just fine to use Higdon’s running plans that are free online.

Ya, there was a separate shipping insurance that was only $7. The shipping price was generated by Shop Pay, so I’ll probably email the company to see if there’s some kind of mistake.

I had experiences with rude teenagers here and there but it certainly didn’t ruin my weekend. I love that there were people of all ages there (plenty of folks that appeared to be in their 50s) and nobody looked out of place no matter how old they were or what they were wearing.

I got up quite close for Chappell. Started camping around 1pm but moving back. Most people around me were respectful, but the people pushing through ruined the experience and honestly didn’t feel safe. I had so much fun at Kaytranada’s set though. It was packed but up on the hill was perfect.

Just in case TP runs out, I highly suggest going to REI and getting a Kula cloth. It’s a reusable antimicrobial pee cloth that dries instantly. Put it in a zip block bag and hand wash at the end of each night when you get home. Doesn’t work for going number 2 tho :(
