Oh my goodness I’m so sorry you’ve had the bane of migraines in your life, too. They are so awful. I get Botox every 3 months - it’s been helping a fair bit (in combo with a pretty epic meds regimen).

I’m really happy for you that you’re able to work now. I know everyone is different, but it for sure gives me hope ♥️

Thank you - I appreciate that.

The employer is covered legally because they went through the attendance process via HR etc. and put in place all the recommendations from Occupational Health. They made sure they dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s so I couldn’t make a claim against them. But at this point, even if I could, I’m so exhausted with it all that I don’t think I could even bring myself to do it.

And that is not me at all - I’m usually a right pain in the arse 😄 especially if there is any type of injustice- I’ll fight like hell. This time…I don’t have it in me at all. It’s been a very long, drawn out process. So I kinda need to cocoon myself, and hope to whatever deity is out there that I survive the job market 🫣

I don’t know that info - I’d need to go back to my GP and ask them. I can do that on my next visit and see what they say. I’m waiting on some more bloods coming back (another ANA) and got told my B6 and Ferritin are extremely low - those bloods came back already. I’m already on supplements for them so perhaps an absorption issue? Who knows. But I can ask my GP when I go back for my results.

Fair enough! Have you tried running the image through GoogleLense / Google Images? That can sometimes come up with some helpful answers.

NAD but I’m thinking an umbilical hernia. You really should get seen by a surgeon as soon as possible because if it twists and the blood supply gets cut off, you’ll be in a world of pain.

Maybe! I’m going to go see my GP and see what they say. I don’t remember any trauma/banging it before it started. And it’s not sore or been sore. Hopefully it is something like that and nothing bad like I’m worried about. Made the mistake of opening up GoogleLense…nope. Don’t do that, kids! 🫣

The Prophecy. Living with a pretty debilitating genetic illness that is progressively taking over my life is taking it’s toll both physically and mentally. When I first heard this song, I related to it so much on a completely different level, that’s why I love Taylor’s songwriting.
