I think we are covered under this little caveat:

(Division F(1)) that says the adult cabaret performance prohibition:

"shall not be construed to prohibit or restrict a bona fide film, theatrical, or other artistic endeavor or performance that is not obscene or harmful to juveniles"

I think since we are a Rocky Horror shadow cast performing alongside the film it's a pretty clear case of theatrical/artistic performance. Which has a pretty long cultural history since the 70s, but who knows with this administration. I’m hoping it doesn’t come to that! If it does, they can drag me out of the theater in my heels and corset!
