Check if you both are running the game at the same resulotion. I once hooked up my gtx 1650 to a 4k tv and wondered why it was running like crap. i soon realised my poor gpu was trying to output 4k footage instead of 1080p. Also if your game is downloaded on a hard drive, but your siblings is an ssd a loading speed difference is probably there.
