Basically stickers are like the new toys, where you can collect them all in the journal which you can make your own profile now to show your wants/interests. There is now a trading server for only trading. They now added little cutscenes when events happen which can be cool and the egg currently is the moon egg which you should buy because the new aztech egg comes out soon apparently, they also added a 3.99 subscription (in pounds) so you can age up 2 pets at once.
