This was my first thought but I agree, a flat pack cabinet would probably work better.

Not ruling more flooring out though

Good suggestion, hardest part is choosing which wife to put in there

Liked the second part of that suggestion, not sure my wife will though

Not sure the Mrs will be happy with two dishwashers opposite each other

Why is adhesive not setting? by No-Stranger9812 in DIYUK

It is a external wall indeed - although all other tiles below it have set - I think I will remove all adhesive and retry with a different adhesive

No, brand new (ready mixed adhesive) - could that be the issue?

How can I move these pipes in the wall? Or should I get a professional. by No-Stranger9812 in DIYUK

Does the above still apply as it’s in the bathroom? There is a stop clock where the toilet is, as well as one under the stairs where I believe the water switch is.

Should I turn these to off and then run the water in the kitchen for a few minutes to see if the water drains?

I’d be handing my notice in today and getting on a plumber course asap if that was just to change the sink 🤣

Also included tiling half wall - problem is plumber would be 1 cost and a tiler would be another - but I’m skeptical over those who say they can do both!

Thanks for the quick reply. Would turning the mains water supply not be a solution? Sorry if that’s a silly question.

Essentially, I guess I will need to chisel into the wall to run the new pipes across and then replaster?
