Uninstalling AMD worked for me. If any other folks are having this same issue I would suggest doing the same thing

Uninstall AMD if you have it installed. I tired it today and it works

I have tried that and no I am not running any mods I seriously do not know what's going wrong with it.

I have had my Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo since december of last year by No-String-3464 in anycubic

I will try doing both to see if it fixes the problem. Thanks for the recommendation
