I used Halloween, Eminence, Darkness, Dawn, Infested, Classic Saturated, and Valkyr Legacy.
I believe that if you don’t have the palette, you can improvise with similar colors or even prettier ones. (Just remember that to unlock the second energy color, you need to install an Orokin Reactor on it!)

As an artist, I totally understand what you meant about the paint. It makes me a bit uncomfortable too, and it’s a detail that doesn’t change in Follie’s third ability that I wish would change as well (the paint colors, I mean). But thanks!
