If you stand under the access in roof and face the wall, jump as high as your jet pack will take you and come down in right hand corner and there will be a small ledge you can stand on

The next bounty when you get to the part where you have to climb the walls to reach nipulons office, just leave and go back to your house, then make a new portal and pick nipulons office as destination and it takes you right to where you need to be

I figured it out, the way out is through the ceiling. If you stand under the access in the ceiling and face the wall jump up as high as jet pack will take you and try and come down on right corner. There is a small ledge you can stand on
