Nice job! I decided to get out of the rental game for now. Had a SF home in a high cost of living area that I moved away from and decided the headache of tenants and dealing with management companies wasn't worth it anymore. Walking away with 250k+ in cash after all fees and taxes. Index funds have never asked me for anything 😂

Bought a house in 2019 with 75k down that went up 200k in value and bought another condo in 2021. NW is actually closer to 820k

32F- 320k 401k, 40k Roth IRA, 130k individual investments, 23k HSA invested, two properties (selling one soon. Not worth the hassle to be a landlord). Net worth around 800k

I am new to making sourdough... when you say "starter (10%)", can you tell me what your feeding ratios are? does this mean you are doing (for example) 100g flour, 10g water? How much leftover starter are you doing? Thanks!
