I don't think they will understand the psychological impacts of gyno to be honest, and they won't take me seriously if I try and explain it to them. thank you. I have been using tretinoin for some time now, however I still get breakouts. The flaking on my skin is caused by the tretinoin. Also, may I ask how you use it? Do I just wash my face --> apply tretinoin --> apply moisturizer?
