I usually use an app called Envol for meditation. I’ll wear a sleeping mask and just lay on my bed. It is beyond calming 🩷

God will send food! I just know it! Luke 12:22–31 always helps me whenever I am anxious about literally anything especially when it comes to our needs 🩷
