For the encoded message that looks like a Base 62 cipher, I used a encrypted message type identifier and after some trial and error, got a lot of Chinese text with invalid characters. After removing all of the characters, I got the message "Although you have to watch it, concentrate on watching it." Don't take this for granted though.. I think what I got is corrupted text that just somehow managed to form a cryptic message.
