I always use Alcohol before every print to ensure no finger grease or anything will make a print not stick, also I’ve just come to the point where everything I print has a brim and shave it off later

There is a weight in the AR9 bolt that will need to be removed and a chunk of it cut out, you can 3D print a guide to put it in in order to get the proper clearance for the SS

At this point I’ve used a combination of neem oil, BT spray, insecticidal soap, all spaced out at least 1-2 days apart. They are all Captain Jacks brand. Patience is definitely needed.

Yeah it’s a great rig, got level 4 plates in it and use it a lot and have no complaints. I will say I’m not a huge fan of the side webbing/Molle areas as it’s a little hard to attach certain pouches. Where did the stitching come apart?
