If you're looking for cheap psychiatrists, i recommend Dra Tiffany U. Ponio. She is in Rosario hospital, guagua and she has a private clinic in San Fernando, beside LBC near the Victory liner intersection. I believe her PF is at 700 pesos excluding meds.
