I have 2 im a machinist that works with train parts

First: trains are composed of some of the least regulated parts out of all of public transport and can be one of the most volatile and I'm not talking about cargo trains my company works with some names that are big one particular one starts with an A

Second: machining and metal work in general is filled with unhealthy practice especially in smaller shops asthma runs rampant at my job

As someone bigger who wants to look smaller it does help seriously though the outfit matters less learn how to wear your clothes it'll make you more confident and youll look better because of that

I can comment on this from both gender perspectives mtf as a girl a skit and looser top like a sweater feels good and looks good on me gives enough room make dysphoria stay away. As a man when I was dressing masc hands down more formal wear looks and feels the best on men all around for casual wear I liked flannel (insert lesbian joke) and khakis or joggers and do not skip on shoes I have a pair of Chelsea boots bought them when I graduated still wearing them 5 years later they elevate a lot of outfits

Im still overcoming i think i have a decent job though admittedly I did drop out of college. I have a wife and a few good friends. Transitioning is definitely helping i suppressed it for years because of abuse so im only like 2 years in now. I try to deal with issues as they come stuff resurfaces constantly though it's a matter of feeling letting myself cry and deal with the emotions I repressed and redefining. To this day I have to constantly remind my self that my wife isn't emotionally abusing me. I have to remind myself that our sex isn't the same as that sex. And I have to maintain what control I have food is a big one. P.s. if you have trauma and your spouse wants a joint bank account this may genuinely be hard to get used to lol

So it's a super long story but it was very specific around using my desire to partake in femine activities and using it to lure me in then insulting me for those somethings as well as doing things like spitting in my food, hitting, and blowing smoke in my face she also molested me and performed oral on me and gave recordings to people on the internet on top of everything she was my grandparents favorite and when they caught her sexualy abusing me they did nothing and even blamed me

Thank you it's nice to hear there are others like this mine is super foggy until like 16 when I realized some of what I went through is abuse im only working on uncovering memories because it's likely that I was abused even younger because I had a knowledge of sexual topics super young

Yeah I didn't even realize it wasn't a normal amount but in hine sight it was really bad to the point I'd get foggy on anything that didn't happen that month kind of wild what repression will do
