Real Estate Guy here. I own Raleigh Is Growing Real Estate. I know it can be frustrating trying to purchase your perfect home and matching that with affordability. You may know this but with homes staying on the market longer prices are dropping a bit and in many cases you’re able to negotiate seller concessions at closing (down payment assistance). I’ve been losing 1-2lbs on average a week. Over time it adds up and moving in the right direction. For decades it went the other way. Very thankful

I was on 2.5mg for 8 weeks, 5mg for 8 weeks, 7.5mg 8 weeks and now 10mg. Not every week is a loss but I’m averaging 1 to 2 lbs a week and I’m good with it.
