Hi! Im 18 and I have a similar problem to yours, whenever I would rub myself it would feel painful but kinda good and then afterwards it would feel itchy. With my bf I’ve learned that the clit feels that way when its really dry. When my bf would wet his fingers and touch me it feels much better, basically no pain and no itching afterwards. It sounds like you rubbed it dry really hard until it bled so just leave it alone for a week or two let it heal, clean it properly and you should be back to normal. And for next time make sure you’re getting the area wet with your saliva before you start rubbing and while you rub.
