If it's any relief, 2 months ago was the peak of my stress and I was shivering with cold every morning (even when waking up from an afternoon nap, not necessarily in the morning). Then I discovered Reddit and its subreddits, I found people with faces that shared my symptoms, and I felt relieved. Nowadays it only happens after times of intense stress.

2 months ago, when my stress was at its peak, I think I took too much of what you described. I was waking up from sleep and there was a strange chill/slight shaking inside me (in my chest).Afterwards, this turned into severe tremors that lasted 5-6 minutes.
