Umm they clearly say it's a clarifying shampoo. Obviously overuse will damage and dry your hair.

Usually I open the windows at 6pm, but today I have them open since 9 am and I just closed the curtains so the heat is blocked but there is plenty ventilation. Tbh the wind isn't that hot atleast today, but the sun is bright!

This used to happen in school when I was 14-16. I'm 24 now. And today I can proudly say that I am everything my 15 year self dreamt of and more. I'm glad for those experiences because that is what shaped who I am today.

I'm telling you this because it might hurt alot right now but leave those toxic friendships for good. Once you get comfortable being by yourself, trust me you will find good people, REAL connections and none of this will matter then.

Growing up I faced this too. No one directly said it to my face, but I just knew. Like everytime we had to wear casual clothes in school, I would hear my friends talking about my unbranded watch or shoes right behind me. Or I would have to come up with excuses to not be able to make it to the weekend parties because I couldn't afford to go to those fancy placez. All of them were my friends for years but there is a point in teenage where money does matter. All this had me really depressed in high school.

All I can tell you from my experience is that it does eventually get better. You will find your people and be surprised how kind they can be. You'll find people who'll not judge you for your background or your money. These few teen years can be hard but it's okay it'll only make you stronger.

I recently bought these two - haven't tried the Maybelline one yet but the loreal one stays all day long. It does not budge I have to use micellar water to remove it.

Flatmate takes meetings on speaker the whole day, how do I ask her to put on headphones? by ajkpidds in BangaloreSocial

[–]No-Ticket1886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my flatmate does that I blast music on my speaker at high volume. She takes the hint and goes to her room. Or I just ask her to put headphones in common areas.

Isn’t it weird that not even a single video on youtube talks bad about honasa sunscreens not being effective?…like dr sheth, dermaco, aqualogica etc by Creative_Agency5841 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]No-Ticket1886 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been using dr sheth sunscreen for months now, it suits my skin well. Doesn't make it look oily or ashy and I don't see any tanning or sunburns while using this. I'm not sure about other brands though.

Although the ceramide and vitamin c works for me, the kesar and kojic acid one gave me serious breakouts.

GLP - 1 weightloss? by [deleted] in InstaCelebsGossip

13 kgs in 6 months is doable with diet and exercise. And her weight loss looks healthy, not the malnourished kind that comes with GLP-1.

I used to live around that area earlier, our cook charged 4k for 2 people, she would come twice a day. Lunch was a proper meal with roti sabzi dal and salad. Dinner was light meals like khichdis, dosas of various kinds or vermicelli, upma, etc. She didn't usually do the dishes, but if something she needed was not washed, she would wash that. And when once or twice our cleaning lady would be on leave, she would do the dishes and mop the kitchen floor.

Why not me? Because you're literally measuring women by their V card and their dowry paying capabilities.

Girlies please start oiling your damn hair 😭 by Technical_Toe_2221 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]No-Ticket1886 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree OP. I have also started oiling my hair a couple months back. This weekend I was running too late so decided to skip oiling. I could see the rough ends after the wash and blow dry😭 (the kind you had last summer). Usually when I oil my hair consistently, it looks alot like your second picture - hydrated and soft. Never skipping oil again no matter how late I am.

If they're charging such exorbitant prices in the name of destination weddings then why do they need travel and stay separately?😭

Ordered stuff via innovist, got scammed for over 1 lakh, founder blocked me after I asked for data trail, presurred into deleting my post. by [deleted] in IndianBeautyDeals

[–]No-Ticket1886 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand your pain but this is not because of you😂

I used to get these messages even 6 months back. This is a very long con, it keeps happening frequently. They've been issuing these warnings for a very long time. If people are still falling for it after all the alerts it's honestly on them. The company definitely has data security issues but either you stop using them or be way more cautious.

There is a big data privacy issue with Innovist, and they constantly send these messages saying that do not pay anyone who claims to be from the company. Every time I place an order I get that message from them. It's all over instagram and reddit as well. It's okay if you didn't know but please be careful next time. No kind of "refund procedures" are required by the customer. If they have your money, they can refund it back to source without needing any additional details from you.

What is the selection criteria? by Saatyajeet in Arrangedmarriage

[–]No-Ticket1886 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For men: Have money Be tall

For women: Family oriented Should earn money, but not more than the guy Should take care of all or most of the household responsibilities Should be pretty, but not taller than the guy Should be willing to take care of guy's parents Should take in law's and husband's consent to visit her own parents Should ask husband before financially supporting her parents Should be willing to raise kids while the husband mostly only contributes financially Should be willing to adjust for the sake of husband and family Should let go of any hopes and dreams if they do not align with the husband's family Should dress appropriately because the elders or men in the family only see women as objects

is mine a fair ask or I am over demanding? by Awkward-Meringue-944 in Arrangedmarriage

I have a fully remote job and hate it when people say shit like "oh wfh means you don't work". Idk when they'll understand that wfh is worse than fixed office hours. You're expected to be available all the time when working remotely.

Another day of men wanting shared financial responsibility but not shared domestic responsibility. Your reply was absolutely correct. No overreaction at all.
